Lack of collaboration in biomedical research prevents scientific advancement.

Data sits in silos, lacking interoperability.

No mechanism for controlled exchange of sensitive, permissioned data.

Regulatory frameworks for sharing data are time consuming and expensive.

Lack of incentives for patients, researchers, hospitals, and biopharma companies to share their data.

Data Sharing

Allows hospitals, researchers, biopharma companies, and patients to exchange data in a decentralized, secure, efficient, and permissioned manner using smart contracts. Built in interoperability allows data exchange amongst institutions, regardless of native electronic health record systems or data silo structures

Conduct Research

A novel framework for conducting research that enforces Institutional Review Board (IRB) regulations. Integrated smart contracts that meet and implement the requirements of IRB protocols for subject recruitment,  informed consent management, data sharing, and risk monitoring

Patient Portal

Allows patients to securely view and provide access to their biomedical records, answer questionnaires for eligible studies, and meaningfully engage with built in health monitors e.g. heart rate, footstep, and sleep trackers

The Team

We are a team of passionate engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs from Harvard, MGH and MIT solving the problem of collaboration in biomedical research by creating incentives for sharing permissioned data on a decentralized, transparent, and authenticated biomedical data platform
